Pressure pushing down on me Pressing down on you no man ask for
A small she-cat slunk onto the forbidden territory, feeling discomfort sweeping through her pelt. If it weren't for the other cats counting on her and the other she-cat, Opalfang would run back to her territory, tail between her legs. The silver felines bravado had disappeared slightly as she viewed the wide expanse of moor land, stretching out before her. With four cats assisting her, Opalfang would have litterly strut. Three cats? The ThunderClan warrior may have been a little less confident, but defiantly not afraid. Two cats assisting them? She would have probably been a bit nervous, but not on the verge of pure terror. But one cat? That was simply ridiculous. If they were caught by the WindClan cat... well, the femme didn't even want to ponder that thought.

"Calm down Opalfang," Ashpelt mewed trying to comfort her clan mate. "You don't want WindClan to smell fear on you now do you?" She teased playfully trying to lighten up the mood between them. "We should just wait here I guess till they find us. No point wasting our breath running around looking for something we have no idea where it s." Ashpelt meowed glumly, sitting down in the lush grass of newleaf.

Opalfang glanced at Ashpelt, nodding her pristine head at the other warriors word of advice. "Ok," she breathed, "I'm better now." Giving a sharp nod to clear her head, the femme lifted her head to scent the air. Immediately, the faint tang of WindClan pressed against her scent glands. Some confidence, not to mention pride, restored, the silver femme gave out a faint triumphant squeak. "Ashpelt!" she hissed, teal eyes lighting up with happiness for her discovery. "We shall simply follow the strongest scent trail. Eventually, we will either meet up with the patrol, or end up at their camp. The plan is flawless."

Ashpelt jumped to her paws, "now we don't want to look like we're up to something." Looking around the moor scenting for a strongest scent of WindClan then quickly added, "They'll claw off our fur if they think we're stealing prey." She mewed half heartedly. Picking up the scent she padded softly toward it.

Opalfang gave Ashpelt a sharp glance, eyes narrowed slightly. "Ok," she murmered, "But the quieter we talk, and the more we try to hide ourselves, we appear more like thieves than if we were talking and walking normally." The warriors voice was proud, while her eyes glimmered, as if she was an eager apprentice that had outsmarted the older, wiser mentor. Though Opalfang knew her idea could very well be dangerous, and that debating with her Clanmate on another cats terra was even more foolish, Opalfang had to trust her instinct.

Ashpelt blinked foolishly and thought about how she was acting, 'sorry Opalfang, I guess I'm a little nerve struck about being in WindClan territory." She said with a louder mew and quickened her pace. "Who ever knew WindClan territory was so big!" Ashpelt mewed half laughing, half nervous of being found even if that's what they were set out on doing.

"Don't apologize." she responded briskly, this time not even sparing Ashpelt a glance. Casting her eyes around, she was forced to agree with the other femme, though. WindClan was huge, and it seemed even larger because of the absense of trees, giving it a derelict, rather gloomy air. Despite her new outwards confidence, Opalfang felt discomfort ripiling through her body, thankfully obscured by her long pelt. <<Are any WindClan cats coming? It's getting kinda boring posting about how nervous they are. xD>>

Chaosdance spotted the ThunderClan cats not to far from the camp but she stayed low to the ground her grey pelt blending perfectly with the grass and rocks around her. She didn't know what she was doing! The WindClan warrior was surprised on how close she was getting to the ThunderClan cats. Jumping to her paws she mewed loudly, "What are you doing on our land!"
Ashpelt's fur stood on end, she wasn't ready for any cat to just jump out at them, "we're here to send a message to Smokestar."

The small femme's fur stood straight on end at the snarl of another femme's voice. Leaping around, she was confronted with a pretty WindClan warrior, whom she vaguely recognized as a she-cat named Chaosdance. Trying to fix her gaze steadily with the hostile feline, she mewed, "Yes, it's an urgent message. Anyway, if you think we were leading an attack, why would their only be two of us?"

Chaosdance looked at the two ThunderClan warriors and nodded in agreement with Opalfang, "follow me, I'll bring you to Smokestar." Turning her back to the two she-cats, Chaosdance padded quickly toward the WincClan camp. But made sure to look behind her every few moments to check on the two.

Foxfur sat at the Clan entrance. His hackles raised and his fur rose along his back. He looked at Chaosdance. "What are you doing here?" he asked.
Smokestar was in his den when he heard noise. He snapped awake and got up. He looked around his dark den. He was ready to pounce out and tackle whatever was out there.

Chaosdance mewed loudly so that all of WindClan could hear, "They have not come here to harm us in any way. ThunderClan comes to bring us a message." the grey she-cat moved aside to let Opalfang and Ashpelt into camp. Chaosdance let a deep purr escape her throat, she was very proud of herself. She never really stood up to anyone like that before.
Ashpelt eyed the WindClan cats, hoping they would understand. But she stayed calm so to show that she didn't mean any distrust.

<<Sorry it took me so long to respond>> Opalfang glanced warily around the camp, dark eyes flickering uncertainly. The femme felt her previous discomfort rising as she realized that her and Ashpelt were surrounded, and if the WindClan cats was disturbed by them for any reason, her and the other she-cat had no chance. Moving her body slightly to the side, she murmured in her companions ear, "You may want to tell them now, before they find the need to attack us."

Ashpelt nodded in agreement to Opalfang's words but then shook her head roughly. "I was told to bring the message to Smokestar, so to Smokestar I will bring it." She mewed firmly, "if WindClan has any respect they will wait to hear what we have to say." The ThunderClan warrior mewed gazing at each WindClan cat in the eye, she would not be push around. When her message meant life or death for WindClan.
